Forum Gruul Signet - cannot loot

I killed Gruul today (RAID ID 6298680) but was unable to loot the Earthen Signet to finish my SSC attunement, as it was loot-bugged and I couldn't pick it up.
Can you please pass my character Faithliss (Horde) the signet so I can turn in the quest?

I have the proof screenshot to show if it is required.

you can try making a ticket ingame, but im almost positive you'll just have to try again.
