Looking to play on the server but have a few questions

Hey guys I’m looking to invest time in the server... but I had a few questions.
1. Can you buy BiS gear from the cash shop?
2. I see ICC has been out for some time now, as a fresh 80 will people still be running naxx and working up to ICC?
3. Once all arenas seasons have come out.. then what?
4. If I level up on Lordaeron can I transfer to Icecrown?
5. What’re your overall reviews on the server regarding hardcore raiding and pvp?
6. What raid is out for Lordaeron currently?

1. On Icecrown all BiS items are in the coin shop. On Lordearon I believe the rule of thumb is only items that have already been obtained legitimately by any player may be purchased, so only once LK was killed could probably buy the weapons he drops.
2. Not usually, however there are some gear-locked progression guilds popping up every once in a while. With the ICC patch came ICC 5 dungeons that drop ilvl 232 items and give EoTs, making raids below ToC near-obsolete gear-wise.
3. Lordearon has been progressing, but Icecrown has been locked at 3.3.5a for a long time, arena seasons are just the cut off for when they give out the rewards.
4. Nope. I'm sure all the realm first holders would love that though.
5. Pretty good. There is bugs but I think it keeps the experience fresh.
6. Everything except Ruby Sanctum.

1. You can buy bis gear in Icecrown. Just for you to have an idea: theres more shadowmournes in the server than shadows edges. On lordaeron its diferent, no gear is available (theres no rules of thumb or anything).

Naxxramas is done once in a blue moon on icecrown. People start with ToC and get into ICC within a week or two. You get into raiding faster on icecrown in large part due to higher drop rate of epic BoEs which are in turn rather cheap.

BoE drop rate is the same on lordaeron. People there just farm stairs instead of trash for reputation, BoE drops mostly from actual raiding runs. There is also more players farming in Icecrown.
