Site Unable to promote my own Stream

It's really simple. i save changes on my account about my twitch page, characters etc. but it doesn't Ever show on the stream list. I asked around and ppl told me it simply require some time to make it show up..but this isn't really my case, i tried way too many times with no results.

you need to active an option on your twitch page to allow to share the stream on other website ( I do not rememebr the name of the option)

I checked on my page, settings etc, i couldn't find anything about that :( Anyone else?
