Burning Crusade How do you turn off the weather effects?

I'm nearly blind irl, and the friggin' rain makes it nearly impossible for me to see whats going on around me. I know thast there's a way to turn it off, but I can't find it. Anyone know how you turn off the !$%^&*@ rain?

Go to video-effects-weather intensity and put it on low.
