Technical Can't create a ticket for item miss buy

I have accidently bought two Chronicle of dark secrets
. Because of internet was lagged. But when I was going to create a ticket for item miss buy, the select category can only creat ban appeal ticket. Please can someone tell me what's going on. And it's within 24hours still.

you need to be premium in order to create a ticket on website but as not-premium you may try to send an email to [email protected] instead
