Hi, there must be a misunderstanding.

My account has now been banned instead of being suspended for 24 hrs. I received a message that it was identified that my account was compromised by a third party. I was sent a link to retrieve my password of which i did and reset my password but after the reset I got a message in my account that my IP is banned.

Please check on this.
