I cam currently 355/375 Master Engineering and when I went to Warsong Hold to train in Grand Master Engineering the option to do so wasn't there from the NPC. I went to Dalaran to talk to Timofey and had the same result. No option to train. All I see on these npcs is recipes that start at 375 to train. Am I doing something wrong here? Did I miss something?

Grand Master Engineering schematics
Grand Master Engineering proficiency can be trained at level 70 and 350 skill, permits progression up to 450 skill.
Please make sure that you reached these as mentioned above as they could be the issue for your problem.

Yes I am level 80 and my current skill in Engi is Master at 355/375

Hmm it is strange indeed,mby you can try and get some tbc recepies that will give you skill ups if you make them and once you reach 375 you can try and see if you can learn grand master than,there is 1 more trainer in hollowing fjord that you can try,also lerning goblin/gnomish enginering might somehow fix this and enables you to learn grand master,if none of thease things work you can contact gm via ticket in game and he should assist you further,good luck!
