WotLK No totems on a shaman

I recently bought a shaman through the trade services on the website using coins and when i logged on to play it i had no totems in my inventory or bank inventory as well. please help

Don't you have to complete some quests to get them?

If you buy a character without inventory, totems are gone. If the char had already done the quests, they can not be done again. If you really want those totems and quests are already finished, you can make a support ticket in game. But you don't actually need them. Get a totem that you can equip in relic slot, it counts as all 4 totems and you no longer need the regular totems.
