Technical I lost access to mail from my account

Hello, there was such a situation.

I have an account that registered with my gmail. Recently the mail was stolen, I tried to restore it, but I did not succeed. I tried different ways to restore mail, but hackers changed the second backup mail, and other factors (such as the time I created the mail, I don't remember).

At the moment, I have access to my account, and I can go into it in the game, because the IP hasn't changed yet. But I can't go to the site, because there is double authentication and I have to enter the code sent to the mail (to which I lost access and can't recover).

I'm not some thief, my IP is still there, I have screenshots of my characters before. Now I want to change my mail in order to have access to it in the future. What should I do in this situation?

P.S At the moment I'm writing from another account. I also sent an ingamer ticket

that you lost your email isnt anything warmane can deal with and it is very unfortunate ofcourse, therefor it probably will be hard to get you help on this since it is up to the inviduals to secure such things. ofcourse you could hope that they will help you out but i wouldnt count on it since it is very much own cause / responsability to secure such things. i hope it will be solved out for you but i just wouldnt bet on it .

Send an email to [email protected]. Ingame ticket won't help you with this.
