Technical Return

Hi, I just came back to WoW, well, wanted to, after some time, I had here over 2k hours played, loads of premium stuff etc, then I was moving a lot from my country to a different countries and didn't had time to play. Now I logged back in, and I dont see any of my characters, not a single point I was gathering, anything, what happened ?

on what realm were they? Deathwing/Ragnaros ?

Those 2 realms have been merged into "Icecrown" so in that case you have to send an email to [email protected] to know if it is possible to recover them ( or by opening a ticket on website if premium account)
