[ANSWERED]No loot Trial of The crusader 10 man

Hello,

I don't know where to adress this issue. But we just did a 10 man normal mode Trial of the crusader. When we downed Anub Arak the last boss. We couldn't loot it and give it to the appropriate people. It is a bug.
Please help
