[ANSWERED]the halls of reflection: quel'delar isnt lootable

I'm currently doing the quest of the battered hilt and I have beaten the sword 3 times now and every time I can't loot the subdued quel'delar. I don't see it on the ground while all others team members can and those who have the quest can loot it too. So basically it's only me???
