    Mandatory password change

    I've had my own account for over a year, and after some inactivity, I signed up for a few weeks ago. Today, I tried to get on my account, and I was asked to reset my password. I do not know the password for the email to which my password reset request was sent, but I know all the information about this account and it also has to have my IP address, I also know my previous passwords.
    Is it possible to return my account?
