Technical Two factor Authenticator

Hi.

I stopped playing for a while and I had the Two factor Authenticator activated, but I dont have the app anymore.

Can you please tell me how to remove it so I can acces my old account? I tried using the Two factor Authenticator removal tool from login menu, but all I get is "{"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}}" after I click "retrieve".
