Lordaeron Recustomization problem

Hello, I bought a recustomization for my character and wanted to change him from male to female but when i clicked done it said could not recustomize character. Anyone knows what the problem is?


Edit: I realised that it could not consume the service because I did not change all of the aspects for the character. For example to change it from night elf male to night elf female you must put some markings on the face. I previously put the markings to none and thats why it could not consume the change. For all of you with that problem, try putting something on the face of your character that distinguishes them from the opposite sex such as markings on the night elf female and facial hair on the male and then you should be good to go.
