just wanted to ask whether custom skins are allowed here and if there's any lag tolerance implementation like the one added on retail since CATA. Had a rough look though the server info, but couldn't find anything relevant.

You shouldn't run into any problems using different models but editing them do it on your own risk. Also there is a lag tolerance options in the client, use it see if it has any effect for you.
