My hp keeps getting lower

I noticed that my max health keeps getting reduced after dying multiple times
Im a lvl 28 hunter and My hp is 693 now

Repair your gear at an armor vendor in any city/settlement. Come on, that's a loading screen tooltip, not a "Support & Q&A" section material.
