Flight path to a new instance

I couldn't find a bug report so this will do, anyone else managed to get into the blocked off instance in Stormwind by flying there from Duskwood?

This dungeon never got implemented into WoW.
Blizzard deleted it since Cataclysm expansion.
Originally it was ment to be like another Stockade 5-man dungeon (only for higher level) Same goes for the southern part of Winterspring and in Badlands (where all those dragons fly around).
Sadly though they never got filled into the Dungeon Roster and were lateron removed from the game entirely. Since Cataclysm the whole world changed drasticly.
