WotLK Issue with Priest Dispel Magic

Hey guys, i've dinged 80 few days ago on my priest.

I was checking out the spells and so on and i was noticing i wasnt able to cast Dispel Magic on myself. Then i just saw this:

As you can see the rank 2 of the spell says i need a minimum range (10-40 yd) while the rank 1 says i dont neeed.

In fact i can cast dispel magic rank1 on myself, while the rank2 not.

I've tryed to delete cache, wtf folder, turning off addons and so on, but not working.

What could be the problem? I've tryed to contact a GM to maybe "unlearn" my dispel magic, but he simply told me to go on the bugtracker.

It's already on bug tracker but all the reports about it are getting dismissed:

I checked all the wotlk clients that I have and none of them had this bug on my priest. I also couldn't find a different Dispel Magic spell with that range. Try to find spell ID of your Dispel Magic spell. The correct spell ID for rank 2 Dispel Magic is 988. If that's correct then it's most likely some issue with your WoW client.

It could also be caused by some talents but I didn't find any that should affect Dispel Magic.

Where did you get your client / When did you get it?

My (WotLK [old]) Dispel Magic is completely fine, no minimum range requirement on neither of the ranks.

You could consider downloading a second client and see if that would resolve it.
