Site Can't buy anything on the store with my coins. (Two Factor Authentication issue)

Hi,
The Two Factor Authentication on my account has been enabled for more than 3 days now, i've got 36 coins, but the site won't let me buy anything.
The same error message pops up everytime : my Two Factor Authentication must be enabled for more than 3 days.

Could you fix this, or help me fix this, so i can spend my coins please?
