Password expored, i dont remember the email. Please help :(

Hello,

I'm an old player, here.
Before the year I played on Neltharion and now I want to start play again, the problem is that My password is expired and I don't remember the email that I created my account with.

When I tried to log I got a message my new password it sends to the email.

I saw that Neltharion is closed and hope I can transfer my heroes in Icecrown (is still possible).

Can you please help me or give me an advice :)
