Everytime i try to change resolution it kicks me out of game to where I can hear the game but cant see it or close it so i have to restart my computer and ive already took it off of read only.

Bump for interest i have the same issue, which i think happened after a recent windows security update (Asus Rog vs752).
Will try updating graphics card and other tweaks.

http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=356687 I did this and also if you have a blank/frozensmallres area where the game is try clicking on it the game should pop back up.
If it doesnt work try reducing the starting res from the game files?
