Hi everyone, do you guys know if "Technique: Rituals of the New Moon" from the Silverbook can drop at all ? I picked up Inscription and farmed for like 2h hours and no drop at all.

Also can "Time Lost Figurine" drop from Terokk at all ? I've been farming him also for few hours and no drop.....

I messaged GM's two times but neither could help ...
