WotLK Faces and Hair is bugged on all Chars

Hey guys, i played a bit and all works fine. Then i decided to install an addon (Healbot). After i restarted WoW all Faces and Hairs are messed up complety i looks super wierd. Deleting the healbot files didnt helped...

Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

Do you use WotLK or WotLK (old) -client?
If you use WotLK client that includes character models from Legion. You could try using (old) client which only uses WotLK models.

Healbot (shouldn't) have anything to do with hair or faces.
