[ANSWERED]There was a problem I could not solve,I ask for help

Hello people from Serbia,Belgrade.I am here because I had a big problem before.After unknown reason I was uneable to login with my account.When I entered username and pasword it was written something like "Can't log now,try later" and it was like that for a large time period.Today I decided to create new profile just to see what is happening and I WAS ABLE to join with that new account I created!I don't know what is actually problem with that account,I only know that MY big problem is that I had there 80 lvl amazing disco priest Metalalice with (for my respective skills...) the best stats I ever had,people laughed from time to time because I am discipline and not holy but who cares,I was happy,people were more then happy with my healings,I had a lot of achievements too,but problem is that I can't have my Metalalice on this new account I created because as I said I was uneable to login with that account for unknown reason...

If there is the way to give me to this new account I have my Metalalice you whould bring me joy more then you could posibly know...Please,can you give me my hero?I don't care for any other,just Metalalice,my main character,the best I ever made...I'm really honest and there is nothing I could wish more then having my hero back...Can you do that for me?
