Technical Client wont work

Just downloaded the client and tried to play but i get this error.

I tried to look for answeres in the forums but could not find a solution.
Hopefully somone will know what to do!?

You didn't download it correctly or in its entirety. If your torrent client allows it, check the integrity of the downloaded data. For example, in uTorrent:

I downloaded TBC instead but thanks for the help i'll try it out later!
