Lordaeron Netherstorm is doing strange today

So... today i decided to go farm some Ethereum Prison Keys at Netherstorm around Manaforge Ultris and for that i needed to kill jailors. When i went to the to the place i noticed there wasn't any jailors at first, so i thought "Mmm there are only 23 jailors here, maybe someone has been doing a good farming" but then i landed on the Protectorate Base.

Weird. These guys count as part of the Consortium, and you can't go in war with them. What is wrong? Maybe i'm lagging and i can't see them spawn. Ok, i'll check that. No lag, nope. I sent a message in the global, no delay, everything fine. I'll keep searching then!

Stormspire was empty too, maybe they finally left Outland back to their world.

And they also took all the goblins from Area 52, right?

Is this the first time it happens? It's happening only to me? I could only see images of ethereals summoned by devices and if i crossed to Blade's Edge Mountains it was all going normally. Anyone went recently and saw the same?

Looks like a phasing issue. Try to die. That usually fixes it.

I thought about that, but i confirmed it was a general problem after asking to a few players, and... yeah it was reported. Fixed anyways. I hope it doesn't happen again
