WotLK Collect points item bug

recently i collect my point for a 2handed sword [Voldrethar, Dark Blade of Oblivion]. i already open ingame ticket, it says that i need to delete my cache and wtf. i already did it and nothing work. it show a question mark item in my bag, and i cant equip the sword with right click on it. i have to drag it to the weapon slot. and still my skill say that "req melee weapon". and its normal when i use my heirloom weapon.

uppp upp still dont work, already try everything. delete the cache and wtf. close the game. resetart the pc

I recommend you try to get a refund of those points, arguing that the item is known not to work.

i vote my second item [Voldrethar, Dark Blade of Oblivion] and still it cannot be used. it show question mark in my bag and requires melee weapon when equipped. its been 1 month since i got this bug. and i tried again today, and it still bugged. someone already reported it from 6 month ago and dev havent fixing this bug.

what a waste 36 days of my vote point. and no chance to refund?

I have that sword on my paladin and I don't have this issue at all.
