"Your account has been terminated due to Theft - 3103322"
I haven't played in like 1-2 years and when i came back i got this message:
"Your account has been terminated due to Theft - 3103322"
i have made a support ticket but i just read that you cant use any special characters and i did use these:
"
?
!
is this allowed?
Because i didnt get any repose in 4 days now :(

If you used characters that were not allowed, you would not be able to create a ticket and you would not see the ticket on website. If your ticket is there, everything is correct and you just have to wait. Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take around 1 week.

if it allowed you to create the ticket those characters were fine. it can take a while to get a response. depends on how busy they are.
