[ANSWERED]Banned fo Advertising

Hello, for like year my account has been banned for Advertising. I spoke to GMs in-game and every time they said: " Use the ban appeal option on the site". But i can't, it doesn't allow me to do so and have explained that to the GMs in-game and all they replied was that there was nothing they could do for me. So, i stopped playing and now i want to play again. But now when i accessed my account it even said that i was banned for 11 years.... and i can't even access the account options besides the Reset password/e-mail. I have never Advertised anything on the server in-game or on the forum. I have played for years on the server before it was even named Warmane. Please fix my account so i can once again enjoy the game - fully!
