It should have been removed already. Either they they didn't remove the ban correctly or you were banned again.

If you are using a VPN to play, that's why you got banned. If you keep using it, you will keep getting banned.

If you aren't using a VPN, someone else might have logged on your account and got it banned. Change your password and consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again. If you did not change your password yet, someone might have logged on your account again and got it banned again.

In any case, make another support ticket or send an email to [email protected] to get the ban removed.

Nope i dint using VPN , i rly don't know what is that , i will wisp one email , thanks alot

Then change your password. Someone else might be logging on your account and getting it banned.
