Technical Two-Factor Authenticator

So my other account was having problems with my Two-Factor Authenticator. I recently restarted my phone to factory restart and all the apps were deleted incluing my Google authenticator. Now I downloaded it again and can't login with my account because my Google authenticator won't login and there's no image to scan. Help me.

So warmane wants me to scan the image that's in my account in order to login lol

For the love of god please send help. I wanna play my other account so bad. I can't even remove authenticator because the email cannot be retrieve anymore. GM and Admins give me an option to scan the code with phone in a private message please!

I was searching on the forums and one of the admins said that the reason why the 2 factor authentication occur is because of changing IP's or static IP's idk. In my case my ISP had some kind of a 30 min blackout and then now i'm pretty sure my IP's is probably new. Idk that's the only reason I can say.
