Burning Crusade My acount have be baned

HI Warmane. I was on my priest lvling my LW. and i went AFK then i logged my Hunter to colect same skinns for my leatherworking. then i was logging on my priest agen i was baned . dont know why this did hapen and dont know the resen for a Ban. have always play by the servers rules and respected them.
rilly want same help on this and want to be back online there. we must fix this and hope you can help me.
i atlast want to know why this did hapen. /plz respond. =(

Make a ban appeal using support system on website here. If that's not available, send an email to [email protected] instead.

Thz for the help did get my account back this morning. but now im baned agen. FFS.
plaing on Outland server. only i do is lvling my Leatherworking.
did mail [email protected] but did not get any replay what the problem was.
can that be sameon on Wolk server that hacked and using that acount?

You can see reason for the ban on website.

If you are sure that you are not breaking any rules, there are 2 possibilities:
1. If you are using a VPN to play, you can get banned because people using the same VPN break rules. It can also happen if you use a public network where everyone has the same IP address.
2. Someone else could be playing on your account. Change your password and consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again.
