    Hello,

    I want to use BS skill of player for craft Boots of Kingly Upheaval and Pillars of Might. After i give the mats deconect....

    He are a scammer !

    How I can be refund ?

    Your screenshots don't prove anything. If you have better screenshots, you can make a support ticket in game. Stolen items won't be given back but he can get banned.
