I was suspended for win-trading in 5v5. The problem is, that I did not partecipate in the win-traded games. I was only inside the team, but I was not playing with them (and the GMs have clear proof of this through my match history). I opened a Ban Appeal, with a clear explanation as to why I was not involved and how to verify my statements.
After 3 days of waiting, I was given a copy pasted answer: "we confirmed you used illegal programs". As in, nobody went through the trouble of even reading the ban reason, let alone verify it. I opened a second ticket, explaining that the GM answering the ticket must have mixed up two ban appeals. After 2 days of waiting, and after the status of my ticket was switched from "Open" to "Pending", the ticket was "auto-closed due to no GM answering within 50 hours".
I opened a third ticket and sent an email to [email protected] but was given no answer. Meanwhile, I have stayed banned for over 1 week for something I was not a part of. At minimum, I wasted a week. At worse, I wasted hundreds of hours of play.
I don't really have any hope of getting help through the forum at this point, as it is not even the right place to get help in the first place, but I feel sorta out of options here.

Same, I was banned for Theft/buying Gold, but I havent been hacked (not that I know of) or hacked anyone elses account or bought gold. I have appealed but its been 6 days and I have not gotten any answer. Can someone help please?

If your ban appeal is not seccessful, you can submit new ban appeal every 30 days.
Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take around 1 week. Just wait til you get an answer. Change your password and consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure nobody else can access your account.
