WotLK My account had been hacked

It was a message on the screen and said that if i open the link i will get 100 coins by you , and i think my account was hacked. For information , I had 3 charachters , one paladin , one DK , one hunter . Paladin was lvl 56 , DK 80, and hunter lvl 1 . I had on DK 2 specs , blood and frost . I had tank items worth 5020 k gs and dps spec , 4700-4800 . Pls help me

It's likely that you get your acc back when they can verify you as owner of the account.

The shown site ingame was a phishing site by scammers, not by warmane. They lead you to a site where you log-in and they see your password/user name after. It seems that you hadn't the 2 step auth active, this was a reason why these ppl stole your acc really fast after you logged-in at this fake site.

Be careful of ingame links, because they are often illegal: Phishing site, gold sellor, virus and trojans.

Write a mail to [email protected], it takes several days and give them informations like your ip, acc name and chars u had. And activate 2 step auth after you got the acc back+don't open links of whispers again;)

If the scammers didn't change your mail, you could try to do this: Forgot "password", then a mail is sent to your mail address. This would only work, if the hackers haven't changed your connected gmail address.

Otherwise you must wait on [email protected] 's respond
