The chars that i have on now gone cataclysm server i tried yesterday (25/09/2018) to move on pandaria server and even if is writen that it will take 1 hour to be moved they were not moved even now. Who can fix this and why cant i contact support?

One of my friend made an in-game ticket, but even the GM don t know what to do...

That's because ingame support can't help with that. Your friend has to make a support ticket on website or send an email to [email protected].
