They just won't come up.

I have no addons. I have tried both old and new versions of the Warmane client, I have tried other clients. I have tried fresh downloads of the clients, changing the in client text, running as admin, resetting ingame settings to default, deleting both Cache and WTF folders, and setting my folders to non read only. No interactable NPC dialogue box will come up on my screen.

I literally dont know what else to do. Im running Windows 10 home.
