Hello, I am having a problem with a payment that I made via a VISA card.
After I filled the card information the site said that the payment was not successful although money was taken from my bank account.
I will firstly like this thing to be fixed and get what I payed for ( 10 coins and Que skipping ) and If not possible, I would like a refund.

If it said that payment was not successful, money should be automatically returned to you in about 1 week. It's a problem with Paymentwall not Warmane. If you want more information, contact Paymentwall support. If you still want to donate, I would suggest using prepaid cards like Paysafecard or Mint if those payment methods are available for you on donation window.

Well, that sucks, maybe you guys should stop working with Paymentwall, not that my opinion matters, I'l buy a paysafecard soon and try with that.

Ok, apparently I wanted to see the history of payments again and the one to Warmane disappeared ? Is that normal ? Money still not in ( I understood It can take to one week)
