Need problem with account. Someone trying to hack from unknown location.

Hello All. Since, past 12 hours. My account is being targetted by a hacker or bot. It is trying to access my account by ingame or account by "Ingame Two Factory Authentication". My mailbox is loaded with at least 100s of email for the code for two-factor authentication. Fortunately, that's stopping the hacker from accessing my character or any details. I have tried changing my password at least 5 times in the past 12 hours. Nothing helps; it still getting ingame two factor mails. The IP location is showing to be 0.0.0.0. So, I don't know where to target it to.

Is there a way I can change my username? Or move my account character to some new account? I have lot of played time and donated gear on my main character which is treasure a lot.
