Technical Banned ... What can be done ?

Hello Guys,

I wanted to return to the game after a long time of rest. Today i reset my password and logged in, and i have a message saying "Your account has been banned".
Sadly I haven't played for more than a year, so don't know if someone got access and did something (Should't have to be fair).

So, I leave it to you, dear community, do you have any idea what I can do or who I can contact to get this resolved ?
