Cannot access support to appeal a ban.

So i stopped playing over a year ago, logged back in just now, and it says i have an IP ban for advertising. It's no big deal, hackers will hack, I perused the forums and got the impression that ban appeals were done in Support. so i go there and it wont let me because of the ban. Any other way I can appeal or get it fixed or anything? id like to play and scratch the itch. lol
