WotLK Race change? Cross-faction communication via e-mail?

Hello is it possible to change your character's race (even by donations)? more specific, i am a draenei paladin and i want to be a dwarf paladin. is it possible?

Question no. 2: if you have an alliance char and a horde char can you exchange items between them via in-game email?

1. Yes, you can change your race ( or even your faction) for Points/Coins : https://www.warmane.com/account > Services

2. No, you can not send anything via mail to your character on opposite faction, unless it is a "Bind to Account" item
