Hello, I would like to explain the following situation to you: yesterday(26.10.2018), being in "The Oculus" dungeon, I took bwe item "Dragon Prow Amulet"(itemid - 37290) by clicking "I need it".
The man in the chat began to resent. I said that it was a missclick, and if he needs this item, he can just ask me, but not create a hysterics. He said: "Nononono no, now i doesn't f@ck need this neck, I’m writing a complaint to you, good luck!". Today I saw that my main account(essnonepro) was banned for 5 days due to "Ninja looting in dungeons".
I'm new to your server, never broke the rules.
Can you enter the position and remove the restriction?
