WotLK Client settings resetting after exiting.

Every time I exit out of the 3.3.5 launcher that I downloaded from the site, I have to change *most* of my settings back to what they were before and re-accept the End User License Agreement.
Anyone ever get this problem and knows how to prevent this?

right click the wow folder, go to properties, uncheck read only, click apply, click ok. close window. they should save from there on out.

Thank you! Seems like my shortcut being unchecked for read only didn't cut it.
