i got ban for ninja looting in a dungeon even tho i had no prob with any player no situation nothing and on top of that you guys dont even look at ban apeal its been 5 days now no one look at my ticket pls can you hired someone too look at ban apeal with all the money you make selling bis gear lol i get ban for ninja looting in a dungeon but some dude can have 40 char in a WG a ruining the game for everybody yea sure lol

Ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take around 1 week.

You created a ticket not even 48 hours ago, in the late afternoon of the 18th.

i posted a ticket first 5 days ago and then smithy told me to post it on ban apeal ... cool that you awnser me like that tryn to find something on me are you good lol ?

No, I'm simply not letting you lie about the time you are waiting on your ticket, after suggesting to Support that, as you don't show any sign of the humbleness expected of someone pleading to have their ban lifted, it definitely should be denied.

You have to wait a period when you create a ticket. After you created the 2nd ticket in the correct section, the counter started again (in the line). It doesn't matter if you created a 1st ticket in the wrong section before. There is no prio after, anyway, your ban ended after 5 days and you can delete that ticket.
