WotLK Unable to play private server

Hi I hope someone can help. I have downloaded utorrent and then downloaded the wotlk client from this website. The download has completed in utorrent but I am unsure what I am supposed to do. When I click on the download and click on wow to I get a notice that says "the application world of warcraft can't be opened". I have been working on this for hours and I would love some help. Thanks.
