Faction Change

hi i try to faction change in IceCrown server, In the services tab I click purchase, it gives me this message "Your character already has a service pending, log in in-game to proceed" - and no points were taken from my account. when i log into my account in game there is no option to change their race on the character selection screen. I don't have any services pending so I don't know why i am getting this message...

open a ticket on website
My account > support > create ticket > general enquiry

better make a ticket ingame, or open one from the Support tab in the site... i doubt anyone will answer your question here
