Technical Unable to sell my charachters

Hello i have been trying to sell my chars through trading system for 3days now but everytime i try it says 'You are not eligible to sell characters in the trading system.' Even i did the two factor authentication and waited 3days and still doesn't work.

What can i do to sell my charachters?

Is your state "premium" in your acc panel? You can trade in the market place after donating 10$ (and reaching premium)

The thing is i donated on another account like 2 months ago cuz i couldn retrieve my old account then i donated on it so i could actualy play descent and send it back to this but that whas al of my money back then isn't there a way u could get me premium account i can show u that i've donated on that account

You have to donate 10$ on this particular account which you wanna sell a char on. Coin giftings don't count as "donation".
