I recently had a friend try to use their card on my account after both my debit and credit card failed to donate. His card then failed and I decided to buy a Subway Gift Card to use as payment but it says "Payment Wall. To verify your account, please provide us with the following documents: Account Statement". I have provided an email of proof of my account but it still had not gone away. Please Help!

You have to verify at Payment Wall, warmane can't do anything here. Try to contact them again and wait for reply. After they accepted your acc, you can start to donate.
